Mr. Pallamary brings extensive expertise to LSACTS. His diverse background in land development and land surveying has culminated in the formation of Pallamary and Associates, a land surveying and land use consultation firm based in La Jolla, California. He is a prolific writer and lecturer and he is frequently called upon to present lectures on a variety of subjects.
Mr. Pallamary is certified by the State Bar of California to teach continuing education to California attorneys. He has been involved of some of the most complex land surveying and land use disputes in Southern California.
Mr. Pallamary has also been qualified as an expert witness in local, county and federal court where he has testified on a diverse range of land surveying issues including the location of the International Boundary Line separating the United States from the Republic of Mexico. Mr. Pallamary owned and operated a 12 person land surveying firm for many years before becoming an associate vice-president of a 45 person land surveying, civil engineering and land planning firm based in San Diego, California.
Mr. Pallamary is currently in the process of publishing the papers and lectures of the late Curtis M. Brown, PLS. He resides in San Diego with his wife Maureen and has two children and two grandchildren. His son Justin is a Licensed Land Surveyor.
